Effective date: October 19, 2026

If you follow your Snooze Club sleep plan and your baby has not slept 8–12 hours in a night within 14 days, we will refund the full price of your package. These terms explain who qualifies, what we measure, and how to request a refund. They are part of your client agreement with Snooze Club.

Who's eligible

The guarantee applies when all of these are true at the start of your plan:

  • Your baby is 8 weeks or older (adjusted age, if born early).

  • Your baby is healthy and gaining weight as expected, and your pediatrician has not advised against changes to night feeding or sleep.

  • Your baby has no diagnosed medical condition that affects sleep, such as reflux, sleep apnea, or a neurological condition, unless we agree in writing that the guarantee still applies.

  • You purchased a Snooze Club coaching package and signed our client agreement.

  • You started night 1 only after we gave you the green light. Any nights before that don't count toward the 14 days.

Starting before 8 weeks: You're welcome to begin coaching earlier. Together we work toward an 8-hour night stretch by 8 weeks. For these families, the night your baby turns 8 weeks (adjusted age) is night 1 of the 14-day guarantee period.

What counts as success

Your baby meets the goal the first time they sleep an 8–12 hour stretch at night during the 14-day period, counted from night 1, the night we give you the green light to start. One night is enough.

  • "Night" means the window from bedtime to morning wake-up set in your plan.

  • Night feeds that are part of your plan, and brief wakings where your baby settles back to sleep, still count as sleeping through. For younger babies, your plan will include the feeds they need.

  • Success is measured from the sleep log you keep during the 14 days.

What you agree to do

The guarantee depends on you following the plan exactly. To qualify, you agree to:

  • Follow your sleep plan exactly as written, every night and nap, for all 14 days.

  • Follow any changes we make to your plan during coaching, starting the day we send them.

  • Send your sleep log every morning through Slack, with answers to every question on the log. Logs sent late or with missing days end the guarantee.

  • Make sure every caregiver who puts your baby to sleep, such as a partner, grandparent, or nanny, follows the same plan.

  • Tell us right away if anything gets in the way of following the plan, so we can adjust it together.

What restarts or ends the guarantee

Some things are outside anyone's control. When they happen, the 14 days restart from night one once things settle:

  • Illness, fever, ear infection, or a new medical diagnosis

  • Travel, a move, or a time change

  • Starting daycare or a new caregiver during the 14 days

  • A major family change, such as a new sibling

The 14 days also restart from night one if a sleep prop your plan removed is brought back, such as feeding, rocking, or holding your baby to sleep. Night feeds approved in your plan don't count as a sleep prop and don't restart the 14 days.

The guarantee ends if:

  • The plan is not followed as written, or changes we send are not followed

  • Sleep logs are not sent, or have missing days

  • You start a different sleep method or work with another sleep consultant during the 14 days

  • A pediatrician advises a change that conflicts with the plan. We will always support your doctor's advice, but the guarantee will no longer apply.

How to request a refund

  1. Email madeline@snoozeclub.co within 7 days after day 14 of your plan, with "Sleep guarantee" in the subject line.

  2. We review your sleep logs and coaching messages to confirm the plan was followed.

  3. We reply with a decision within 7 days.

  4. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you paid with Afterpay, the refund goes through Afterpay and adjusts your installments.

Before a refund, we may offer to keep coaching you at no extra cost if your logs show your baby is close to the goal. You can choose the refund instead.

After a refund, your coaching ends. Each family can use the guarantee once.

Limits of the guarantee

  • No refunds outside this guarantee. Work on your sleep plan begins as soon as your payment is made and your client agreement is signed. From then on, payments are non-refundable unless your baby does not reach an 8–12 hour night stretch within 14 nights, as described in these terms.

  • Refund is the only remedy. If the goal is not met, a refund of the amount you paid is the full extent of what Snooze Club owes. No other damages or compensation apply.

  • How eligibility is decided. You agree that your sleep logs and Slack messages are the record we use to decide whether the plan was followed and the goal was met.

  • Accurate information. You confirm that what you share on our intake form and during coaching, including your baby's age, health, and feeding, is true and complete. If it is not, the guarantee does not apply.

  • Honest sleep logs. Logs must be accurate and sent each morning. Logs that are inaccurate or filled in after the fact void the guarantee.

  • Support hours. Coaching support is available Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm Pacific. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next business day, and this does not affect the guarantee.

  • Stopping early. If you cancel or stop coaching before the 14 days are complete, the guarantee ends.

  • One child per package. The guarantee covers only the child named in your sleep plan.

  • Late requests. Refund requests sent after the 7-day request window are not eligible.

  • Chargebacks. If you dispute your payment with your bank or card company instead of using the refund process above, the guarantee no longer applies.

  • Processing fees. Refunds are the full amount you paid. Snooze Club covers any payment processing fees.

  • Which terms apply. The guarantee terms in effect on the day you purchase are the ones that apply to you, even if we update this page later.

Not medical care

Snooze Club provides sleep coaching. Although Madeline is a registered nurse, our services are not medical care and do not replace your pediatrician. Every plan follows safe sleep guidelines. Never change your baby's sleep environment or feeding in a way your pediatrician has advised against. If your baby seems unwell, contact your doctor first.
